At f7, we believe deeply that the future of innovation is accelerated by creating an equal starting line for bold founders and funders to build the next world changing companies.
Our program aims to share knowledge with emerging managers and expand f7’s network of investors and operators to the next generation. Since 2021, we’ve hosted 34 fellows, including 26 women, 20 BIPOC persons, 3 military veterans, and 2 startup founders.

Somya Gupta
Somya has spent time at Bain as a pricing analyst, as well as at Agoda at a customer marketing analyst. She helped found a company called The Inside Wire, which helped students connect and prepare for employment at prestigious companies. She is a Delhi Technological University grad and also a certified pianist from Trinity.
Tejas Niphadkar
Tejas previously worked as an applications engineer at Oracle and was the founding product manager at Auctm/Squadstack, a b2b SAAS SalesTech web app focused on US real estate (acquired in 2022). He also worked at Khoros as a senior PM and recently completed a pre-MBA PM internship at Amazon, where he helped drive a team launching quick commerce opportunities in India. He studied at NIT Warangal.
