Prior to industry experience, served 8 years in the US Air Force as an intelligence officer and team leader, consulting partner nation forces on scaling their special operations military capabilities. Holds MBA and PMP.

Francisca Gilmore-Yulee is the Vice President of Investment and Platform at f7 Ventures. Francisca is a problem-solving operator to her core. Prior to f7, she worked as a Product Manager at Whatsapp, building consumer control features for 2 billion plus daily active users. Previously, she worked in business development at a Gates-funded mosquito non-profit in Vietnam, and managing the Growth team at Google Ventures-backed Premise. She graduated with a BA and MBA from Stanford, and enjoys cold swims in the San Francisco Bay.

Extensive business operations experience across startups in consulting. Consulting at Accenture and Deloitte, then led Atrium (series B) in Business Operations and subsequently led Business and Strategy at Vouch Insurance (series C). After Vouch, joined f7 Ventures as an Operator in Residence, providing investment management and business operations support while attending The Wharton School full-time.
